Any Occasion, any excuse to send a card

I love to give, gift giving gives me a great sense of warmth and when it's something that has been packaged by myself with a handmade card it means even more.

Today's card uses one of the FREEEEEE Sale-a-bration stamp sets called

"ANY OCCASION"

I love the cute bunting in this set and the variety of occasions it covers

and yours for FREE when you place a £45 order

Here's the card I created....

My lovely colour combo of Pear Pizzazz, Flirty Flamingo and Copper which was inspired from a recent swap I received from a team member Judith, fell in love with it instantly.

As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator I get to pre-order new products a month before they are released to the general public and I love this part of being a demo, I get to play with new products early and create lots of samples to share with you all when they are released.

At January's monthly team gathering we had an organised "swap" and exchanged cards with each other, so much fun.

I have also used the new Window Shopping Bundle and the amazing Hexagons Dynamics Embossing Folder which give so much texture, it's fantastic!

You can shop online with me 24-7 and have your Stampin' Up! products delivered direct to your door, remember if your'e order is over £25 to use the Hostess Code

Something Lacy?

I can't tell you how much I love the new background stamp from the Spring/Summer Catalogue called

"Something Lacy"

Here I used it on my banner, inked it up with Baked Brown Sugar and stamped directly onto Very Vanilla cardstock then daubed around the edge.  It is just so pretty and I think it looks like a piece of patterned paper, don't you?

The heart border at the top is Washi Tape from the new trio pack called "Stacked with Love", cute isn't it!

I punched out a circle of Very Vanilla Cardstock and embossed with another new product, the "Spring Flowers" embossing folder which is very pretty.

My greeting is from a Sale-a-bration stamp set called "Simply Wonderful".  The sweet little flower is from the same set.

Up until the end of March you can earn a selection of exclusive products for FREE with every £45 order placed.  Click on the catalogue cover at the top right side of my blog to view this brochure online, along with the Spring/Summer catalogue.

I used the Butterflies Thinlits Dies to cut out the intricate butterfly and the little bow is from the "Mini Treat Bag" Thinlits set.

Autumn is here.....

..... the leaves are falling and the nights are getting darker!

Hope you had a lovely weekend, I held a class Saturday morning and will share the projects soon, we had lots of rain on Saturday but thankfully we woke to some bright sunlight on Sunday so just in time for the family dog walk, beautiful views and lovely woodland paths, perfect!

My card today is very autumnal, and could be slightly adapted to make it more masculine

I have used the "Four Feathers" and "Fall Fest" stamps with matching framelits dies.

I used the "thanks" greeting from the "A Happy Hooray" stamp set and inked it with Soft Suede Ink, punching out with a 1 3/8" Circle Punch then layered with a scalloped circle from Soft Suede cardstock.

The used the "Heart Border" punch to create a pretty edge to one side revealing the soft suede base beneath.

I layered my leaves and feathers stamped in Soft Suede and Crumb cake on top of each other then added a Bakers Twine bow to finish.

The background is embossed using the "Zig Zag" Textured Embossing Folder with the Texture Boutique Machine or with a Big Shot if you have one.  I love how cute these little leaves are!

I used the Feathers Dies to cut one feather in Champagne Glimmer paper to add a bit of glitz!

Off to a party shortly, looking forward to sharing Stampin' Up!'s amazing product range with all those attending and I will be back soon with what we created.

Don't forget to take a look at the new Autumn/Winter Supplement, the range of products inside are available only while stocks last.

Beautiful Bunch

Today I'm sharing a couple of new stamps with you, along with a new die and embossing folder!

The large flower image is from a gorgeous set of stamps called "Beautiful Bunch" and what is great is that there's a punch that cuts it out called the "Fun Flower".  The little flower in the centre is also in the "Beautiful Bunch" set which co-ordinates with the Petite Petals Punch.

Isn't the new "Lovely Lace" embossing folder so pretty?

Beautiful Bunch Stamps £17.95 #134282

I've used another new set called "Hey You" for the greeting, this is a great little set containing three greetings.

Hey You Stamps £9.95 #134519
I've layered up the flower with punched out flowers in plain cardstock to add a different 3D effect.

The centre of the small flower is actually a Pearl, coloured with the new Blendabilities Pens.

The little banners are from another new set called "Banner Banter"

Moonlight Designer Papers

I can't get enough of this little Designer Paper Stack "Moonlight", at just £6.25 it's a steal!  Contains 48 sheets of perfectly sizes papers (6 1/2" x 4 1/2") which are all double sided.

Another card using the "Something to Say" stamps which are fab, great value with so many uses.

I embossed the white layer to add interest using the Honeycomb Embossing Folder, and remember, you don't need the Big Shot Machine to create this effect, we have a lower priced tool called the "Texture Boutique" which is solely for embossing.  It's an affordable tool that creates such a wow!

I used my new set "Work of Art" to add some brush lines at the bottom of the tag, stamped a flower and greeting from the "Something to Say" stamp set, punched both out with co-ordinating punches (love this) then using my "Flower Fair" framelits dies cut two flowers with Lost Lagoon cardstock.

The ribbon is from the new In Colour range, here I used Hello Honey, just love how everything I have co-ordinates and that I don't have to think too hard when being creative, thank you Stampin' Up! for making life easier for me!

I'm feeling a little tired today, the storm woke me up last night and I came down to see that my little man was okay, I think he thought it was morning as he asked to go outside, even though it was thundering and plenty of lightening, he didn't seem bothered!  Quiet morning in the craft room today I think, then a little housework later!
