Work of Art Pocket Card

I have a pocket card for you today, the inner piece pulls out from the top to reveal the birthday greeting inside.  Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the stamping inside!

I have used a new In Colour
Lost Lagoon
then
Crisp Cantaloupe
and my all time fave
Crumb Cake

I've used the new Stitched Satin Ribbon here in Lost Lagoon, it is so beautiful in real life and ties lovely bows.  Securing it in place is some of the new Thick Bakers Twine in Crisp Cantaloupe.

I used Craft White Ink to create the spots, this is a stamp from the "Work of Art" set and the two brush strokes are from the same set.

The little flowers are from a set called "Something to Say" and they have a cute co-ordinating punch that comes as a set of three, a Heart, Star and Flower.

Work of Art Stamps £19.95 Clear Mount

And the finished project, a lovely little pocket card or money wallet.

Moonlight Designer Papers

I can't get enough of this little Designer Paper Stack "Moonlight", at just £6.25 it's a steal!  Contains 48 sheets of perfectly sizes papers (6 1/2" x 4 1/2") which are all double sided.

Another card using the "Something to Say" stamps which are fab, great value with so many uses.

I embossed the white layer to add interest using the Honeycomb Embossing Folder, and remember, you don't need the Big Shot Machine to create this effect, we have a lower priced tool called the "Texture Boutique" which is solely for embossing.  It's an affordable tool that creates such a wow!

I used my new set "Work of Art" to add some brush lines at the bottom of the tag, stamped a flower and greeting from the "Something to Say" stamp set, punched both out with co-ordinating punches (love this) then using my "Flower Fair" framelits dies cut two flowers with Lost Lagoon cardstock.

The ribbon is from the new In Colour range, here I used Hello Honey, just love how everything I have co-ordinates and that I don't have to think too hard when being creative, thank you Stampin' Up! for making life easier for me!

I'm feeling a little tired today, the storm woke me up last night and I came down to see that my little man was okay, I think he thought it was morning as he asked to go outside, even though it was thundering and plenty of lightening, he didn't seem bothered!  Quiet morning in the craft room today I think, then a little housework later!

Love you Always!

I have been getting so much use from my new stamp set

"Something to Say"

I love the little flower image that is included in this set of greetings and the fact that it has a matching punch makes it more appealing!

I've used patterned papers from the "Moonlight" mini paper stack, just £6.25 for 48 doubled sided sheets of designer paper, measuring approx. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", perfect for your card layers.

The long brush lines at the bottom of the tag are from "Work of Art", another new set, here stamped in Lost Lagoon, one of the new In Colours.

The flowers are stamped in Hello Honey, another new In Colour and you can see that we have matching ribbons for these colours.

Something To Say

Last week was pretty hectic for me, lots of classes then on Friday I went off on a Hen Weekend where we stayed in a log cab in the woods which was great fun, I will share some pictures shortly!

Onto today's card, a really sweet and simple one for you, using the fabulous set "Something to Say".

Both the Flower image and greeting are from the both set, the thing I love is that the flower has a matching punch which makes life so easy when being creative.

 My colours are:

Hello Honey
Pool Party
Whisper White

I used the Decorative Dots embossing folder which is now available to purchase in the new Catalogue, I love the random dots!  We used the new "Project Life" Framelits dies to cut the rectangle shape which has rounded corners.

I used the Hexagon punch to great the arrow on the "Thank You" banner, I get a lot of use from this punch, you can see I also used it on the vertical banners at the top of the card.
