It's a Party!

Don't you just love Fox's Party Ring biscuits?

I bought a packet recently as one of my customers loves them and when I opened it up there were only pink and white ones inside so I saved them specifically for my Blooms and Wishes Paper Bag Album Class as I knew I would be able to package them in some way!

So here are the treats packaged in the new slim cello bags, they fit perfectly!

I dressed each bag with a sweet little tag using the Blooms and Wishes stamps. My colours are Sweet Sugarplum (new In Colour) and Pear Pizzazz.

I have used this stamp set on so many occasions since the Catalogue went live last month, I love the watercolored finish of the stamped images, they aren't designed to be solid images.

Reindeers in July!!

Happy Monday everyone, another windy day here in Gloucestershire, great for getting the Motocross Kit dry from the weekend's racing but not so great when it threatens rain, one great thing about my job, when I'm not at a class I can work around my daily duties!

So following my last post, I thought I would share some closer pictures of the swap card and treat that I created for some team members recently.

I am really in love with this cute stamp set Foxy Friends and how versatile that we can create Christmas projects with it too.

I know it may seem early for some of you to think about Christmas but we can never start to early with our card making, there's nothing worse than leaving it till the last minute!

Pretty Packaging

At a recent Stampin' Up! event called "On Stage" in Telford, I was excited to receive some lovely gifts from some lovely friends, and look, there's a theme going on here too!  Watermelon Wonder ribbon is obviously a must!

From someone who loves to give gifts in pretty homemade packaging, these just made my day even more special.

I also came home with a basket full of card swaps and lots of sneak peak stamps and a gorgeous new 2016/17 Catalogue.

Cafe Gift Bags

I love these little Café Bags, great to package little treats.

I love how they are lined so that you can put cookies and handmade treats inside and they won't make the bag greasy on the outside.

Here I used some of the Trim the Tree DSP which is a very heavyweight Kraft cardstock, perfect for making boxes with.

I stamped a "Merry Christmas" greeting from the "Merry Everything" stamp set and punched out with the co-ordinating "Note Tag" Punch then attached with a Stampin' Up! mini peg.

The Thick Bakers Twine is in Old Olive and can be found in the Autumn/Winter Catalogue.

I hope you like my little treat packaging and come back soon for some more Christmas creations.

Gift Box Punch Board Box Christmas Packaging

I love how quick and easy it is to create a box using the new

Gift Box Punch Board from Stampin' Up!

Here is made my box using the Trim The Tree Speciality Designer Paper which is AMAZING!  I love how thick the kraft paper/cardstock is, perfect for boxes and bags.  The patterns are gorgeous and the colours are great.

The Cherry Cobbler Sheer Linen ribbon is gorgeous, ties perfect bows and can be found in the Autumn/Winter Catalogue.

I created a "lid" for this box, it's not difficult to do and gives a different finish to the usual boxes created with the board.

I added a tag using the "Note Tag" punch, stamped images using the "Cheerful Christmas" then made another tag using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch with more of the Trim The Tree DSP and pegged my smaller tag to it.

Would you like to learn how to use the Gift Box Punch Board and are local to me, why not join one of my classes in the New Year, details to follow soon.

I may even do a "Class in the Post" so do come back to find out more.

Christmas Gift Money/Treat Packaging

You should know by now how I love to package things, especially inexpensive little treats.

This is no exception, hidden in here is a Kit Kat Bar, but you could easily slip in some money or a voucher/gift card.

I am loving this patterned paper pack "Nordic Noel", consisting of some gorgeous colours including Real Red and Soft Sky with a little Garden Green.

I used a stamp set called "December Wonder" which I love, you can find it in the Autumn/Winter Supplement, but remember these items are only available while supplies last.  I adore the snowflake image.

Inside I stamped onto a Glassine Bag and adhered it to the pouch with Sticky Strip and added my treat!  Some lovely co-ordinating ribbon held it all together.
