This month's Scrapbooking Class layouts

This week I held my monthly Scrapbooking Class, at this class we create 3 layouts using the same products for each.

Here is the first one, my colour combo consists of Mint Macaron {{love}} and Wisteria Wonder with some Smoky Slate thrown in!

I focussed on the Botanicals range using the stamps and framelits, these have been really popular with you all and you can see why.  The leaves and flower dies are gorgeous.

Sadly the tiny flower punch is retiring, it's from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack and I am actually devastated to hear of it's retirement but I know there will be something that will take it's place!

Thankfully the Petite Petals flower punch is staying (the white flower)

The cute little scallop edge is die cut using one of the dies from the Cutie Pie Framelits Set, you will see a little more from this here soon, we used this die for my recent Big Shot class.

Don't forget to stop by and take a look at the Retirement List, things are selling out quickly but there's still change to get yourself an amazing deal on some gorgeous Stampin' Up! goodies.

Here is a link to the latest list, you can place an online order via my shop and have your goodies delivered direct to your door, or just get in touch and I will add the items onto my next order then you can collect if you are local, or postage will be at cost!

If you are shopping online, please use my HOSTESS CODE if your order is over £25 and I will send you a handstamped card and little gift in the post to say thank you for shopping with me.

Birthday Blooms note pad holder

Following my last post, today I am sharing another project from my Saturday event, again using the Birthday Blooms stamps from the Spring/Summer Catalogue which have proved to be very popular, you are all loving it as much as I am!

We heat embossed the flower image using a Versamark Ink Pad and White Embossing Powder, setting it with the Heat Tool.

Again we watercoloured the image using an Aquapainter and ink from the lid of the ink pad, it's always handy to add some drops of ink from the refill bottle of that colour to make it more intense.

When you untie the bow, open it up and inside is a cute little notepad to write your shopping list on!

Botanical Blooms Spring/Summer Catalogue sneak peak!

As an attendee of the recent On Stage event in Brussels, I was able to pre-order a selection of upcoming products soon to be released in the Spring/Summer catalogue, so I've had these for a little while, but have only had chance to start playing with them this week!

As a Demonstrator I now have the opportunity to pre-order more exciting goodies from the upcoming SS Catalogue from today which is really exciting and I can't wait for them to arrive so that I can start planning and creating with them!

Back to my card.....

The patterned paper here is from a set called Botanical Gardens and there's something special about this pack, we have matching stamps that work with the paper so that we can stamp veins on the leaves and centres in the flowers, how cool is that!

We also have a gorgeous set of Framelits dies to go with these stamps, here I used them to cut the flowers and leaves.

Here's a close up of the die cut flowers, beautiful hey?

You know how I love layering and the 3D effect, look how raised this flower is!

My colour combo is

Mossy Meadow
Hello Honey
Cajun Craze

and I have to admit these are probably 3 of the colours that I used the least, but saying that I love how they work together.

Shopping online is quick and easy and your order delivers direct to your door, just ensure you register with me, my name will appear at the top.
