Tag Topper Punch Treat Wrap

I love making little treat packaging, I think it's so nice to give sweet treats for no reason at all and the cost is usually pence!

I do spend some time in the sweet aisle at the Supermarket searching for chocolates that are individually packaged.

Here I used the Scallop Tag Topper punch to create my treat wrap and I designed it to give with the card I showed you a couple of days ago.

I began with a strip of Primrose Petals cardstock cut at just under 2" width to fit inside the Scallop Tag Topper Punch, punched it at either end then ran my bone folder along the centre to stop it creasing when I looped it.

I used the same stamps as previously, Papaya Collage for the label and butterfly image and layered it to the front, this time I added a Window Frame from the framelits set and daubed around the edge to give it some depth.

Inside I popped a chocolate bunny attaching with a Glue Dot so that it didn't get lost.

and here are the final projects together, would make a lovely gift and very inexpensive at that.

More from Papaya Collage

Another creation using Papaya Collage, I try and recycle my ideas as far as I am able to, so I used the same principle with the circle layers surrounding the butterfly as per my previous post, changed the layout and colours and hey presto, a totally different card.

My colour combo here is Primrose Petals (retiring), Raspberry Ripple (Retiring), Pool Party and Whisper White.

So Primrose Petals and Raspberry Ripple are two of the 2013/14 In colours which will be retiring at the end of this month.

I will be sad to see them go but we will have 5 new In Colours to keep us refreshed.

The greeting is from "Wetlands", an amazing set that is great for creating masculine projects.

Wetlands #126697 £15.95

The Stitched Grosgrain ribbon is also a retiring product, I just love how Stampin' Up! products co-ordinate, it makes things so easy to put together.

This Oval and Scallop Oval punch were the very first items I bought from Stampin' Up! back in 2009 when I discovered the products.

Papaya Collage sadly retiring

The card I am sharing with you today shows a couple of stamps that are sadly retiring, Papaya Collage and Love and Laughter

Papaya Collage # 126612 £22.95

Love & Laughter # 125477 £16.95

My colour combo is Crisp Cantaloupe, Baked Brown Sugar and Pool Party teamed with Whisper White.  This was one of my Big Shot Class projects and we used several framelits dies, include the Oval set to create an aperature in the Crisp Cantaloupe layer

The sentiment is from the "Love & Laughter" set

The leaf, butterfly and label images are all from Papaya Collage, a set I received at a past Convention

The butterfly is very pretty with lots of detail

I have to say I am sooooooo going to miss the Bitty Punch Pack, the little flowers here are from that set, a set of little punches that I use so much and I wonder how I will survive without them!

A close up of the greetings, these are two separate stamps that I have lined up as if to appear as one single stamp

The splattered background is from the "Gorgeous Grunge" stamp set, thankfully this set is making it's way into the 2014/15 catalogue :)

The flower in the centre of the butterfly is again from the Bitty Punch Pack

Different die cut layers add depth to the card, here I used the Circles and Starburst Dies, the scallop outer later is a Punch.

If you would like to purchase items from the catalogue before they disappear forever......
