It's a dreamy Dragonfly day!

Happy Friday everyone!

I thought I would share with you today the cards I made for some team members last month, soft and subtle as usual from me!

I decided to use one of the new S/S sets called

Dragonfly Dreams

a truly gorgeous stamp set that is so so pretty, there's also a set of matching dies that go with these stamps and available as a bundle saving you 10% when you purchase them together.

In my eyes this is a really clean and simple card to create, I've used just two ink colours and one colour of card team with Whisper White.

I teamed my dragonflies with another favourite set of mine

Awesomely Artistic, which also contains a small dragonfly image!

My colour combo is Blushing Bride and Tip Top Taupe

I'm on my way!

This morning I am travelling to Barcelona, to meet up with some fellow Demonstrator friends to spend a few days together before the Global Incentive Trip Mediterranean Cruise commences on Saturday.

So at these events we are invited to take part in a swap session, I chose to make cards, there was a 3D swap option too.

So here is my finished swap, I have used some new products and if you saw my previous post you will see that I am asking you to leave a comment to guess which new products I've used on my swap, I will put all the names in a hat and send a little gift to the person I pick!  You can leave your comment on this post if you like.

My base card is Kraft, you can purchase this via my shop and it comes in 12x12 sheets.  I teamed it with Vanilla Cardstock for a more vintage feel.

You will recognise the Butterfly Die and I'm happy to say that it will be carrying over to the new 2016/17 Catalogue.

I used a couple of stamps from the "Awesomely Artistic" stamp set, another carry over item which I adore.  The fern and "splat" image are both from this set.

I will be restricted to Internet use whilst I am away but I will post whenever I can!

Garden in Bloom

Morning everyone, hope you are having a great start to the weekend.

Today I am sharing a recent card from my 6 Card Club, at this class we create 6 simple but sweet cards for £10.

I've had the Garden in Bloom stamp set for a little while now but have only just got around to inking it up and I have to say I am in love with how pretty and simple it is!

It's a 2 Step Stamp set which means we use more than one stamp, layering them to create our finished image, but what I love about this set is that you don't have to stamp in 2 stages, you can just use the stamps individually and they work really well.  The stamps are also not solid images so they have depth to them too.

Onto my card, as per usual, pretty subtle with my colours lol!

Here I used So Saffron, Tip Top Taupe and Whisper White

I inked up the outline of the flower first and stamped onto Whisper White card, then for the second part of the flower, the solid image, I inked it up in So Saffron them stamped it off onto my grid paper before lining up with my first outline image, this way I had some second generation colour making it paler so that the outline image was more defined.

I've used another favourite stamp set here called

Awesomely Artistic

Love, love, love this set, so pretty and delicate.  The background flower, splats and label were all from this set.
