Gift Giving Made Easy

Every quarter I run a team training event to bring together the local ladies in my team to inspire each other and share our business tips

At each training event we ask Demonstrators to have an "Inspiration Station" where they showcase a certain stamp set, technique or whatever they choose in the way of a 10 minute wow demonstration.

As a thank you for inspiring us I like to give a gift of their choice and of course, I always package it!

Here I used a simple brown kraft bag, made a banner from Lost Lagoon cardstock, stamped a greeting and added one of the new wooden expression elements "Thanks".

For me it's definitely all about the finishing touches, I love to give something that has a hand finished tag attached, it means so much more!

The gorgeous ribbon I've used is the new Striped Cotton ribbon, it's available in 5 lovely colours, last years In Colours.

The greeting I used is from a stamp set called "Sweet Stack" which co-ordinates with the "Sweet Stack Project Kit" which you can see here, such a cute project, would make a lovely gift too!

Don't forget about the latest Weekly Deals, I'm loving lots of these and will definitely be making some purchases myself as I love a great deal too!

Wild About Flowers

Happy Monday everyone, I hope you had an enjoyable weekend!

I ran a class on Saturday with a lovely group of ladies, I will share the projects soon, then a very rare Sunday off from Motorcross as the weather paid it's toll on the track we were scheduled to race at!

Today's card uses a lovely new stamp set called

"WILD ABOUT FLOWERS"

It's very pretty and has some greetings as part of the set too
I've used one of my fave Subtles colours, Blushing Bride for my base card, then embossed a smaller layer using the Boho Chic embossing folder

I die cut a Label Framelit and stamped on my flower image, this is a 2 step stamp so I can stamp my leaves first in one colour, then stamp the flowers afterwards in a second colour, love that we have these style of stamps available

The "Thanks" stamp is from the "Cottage Greetings" stamp set, here I stamped it in Early Espresso Ink

I punched a flower from Mint Macaron cardstock and centred with a sequin and rhinestone

All in all a pretty sweet and simple card that can be whipped up in a flash!

ooOOOoo

Bakers Box Die

Today is a very exciting day for me, as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I get to have sneak peaks at the new upcoming

Autumn/Winter Catalogue

You will be able to view and purchase from this catalogue at the beginning of September, and once I have had the opportunity to place a pre-order in August I will start sharing some sneak peaks with you!

I was lucky enough to receive a set of stamps as a Pillow Gift in Madeira and I plan on creating some projects with that very soon, so watch this space!

Have you seen how cute this little box is?

It's created using a new Thinlits Die set in the Annual Catalogue called

"Bakers Box"

I just love how sweet it is and how easy it is to put together

You create the box by die cutting two pieces and adhering them together, all from one A4 sheet which is great!

The set is £30 and includes 9 dies, some of which enable you to cut different types of handles so you can choose!

We made this box at my recent Big Shot Class so it co-ordinates with the last card that I posted here a couple of days ago

Again I am really trying to step away from Mint Macaron but it's so hard, I love it!!

The cute little greeting is from another new set called

"Homemade for You"

There is a die in the Bakers Box set that cuts out the starburst zig zag circle
