I am back, just busy busy!

My feet haven't really hit the floor since I returned back from Madeira late on Monday evening, I have been preparing for a class on Friday and Team Training on Saturday and tomorrow I will be travelling to Fareham for a long day of training so I'm thinking it will all hit me on Saturday night when I get a chance to sit down!

Jason has gone off to Spa in Belgium where he is racing his car so I'm planning on some early nights to try and catch up with myself!

Hopefully over the weekend I will get the opportunity to post some more pictures from Madeira.

I designed today's card with a masculine theme in mind and I like how it turned out.

My colour combo is:

Basic Gray
Smoky Slate
Tip Top Taupe
Mint Macaron

I've used the gorgeous RMHC stamp set called

"Sprinkles of Life" for the tree image

I love how this set is just so versatile and how the Tree Builder Punch co-ordinates with it to make crafting so much easier.  The punch also cuts out the cute little birdie too!

I used a technique to create my "diamond" background

I inked up one side of my "Boho Chic" embossing folder with Mint Macaron Ink

Next I placed my piece of very vanilla very carefully inside and closed up the embossing folder, then took a bone folder and applied pressure to the top of the folder to press the ink onto the paper

Lovely don't you think, and great to get another use out of your Embossing folders too!

Now I've used another new punch on this card, can you spot which one it is???

Leave me a comment and I will pick a name out and send that person a little gift!

Don't forget to check out the latest

Off to Madeira

Today Jay and I are travelling to Madeira for the Incentive Trip that I earnt last year.

I can't thank my lovely customers and team members enough for their help on my journey to earn 4 trips in the 5 1/2 years I have been a Demonstrator.

Of course I have to work hard too, but I have to say that I am thankful that I found Stampin' Up! and that I love my job and the best of all is that I have been able to meet so many lovely, talented, creative people along my journey so far.

I am looking forward to meeting up with some of my demonstrator friends on this trip, we do have an amazing adventure every year and it is also lovely to spend time with the Corporate Team from Stampin' Up! where you really are made to feel valued and appreciated.

So here's a little throwback to the Western Caribbean Cruise we were lucky enough to go on last year.  We really did have a lot of fun and I am glad to call these lovely people my friends, all of whom I'd never have met if it weren't for Stampin' Up!

and I hope to be sharing some photos from our latest adventure in Madeira very soon.

I couldn't leave without sharing another card with you today, inspired by one I saw on Pinterest

I know I say it a lot, but I really do love Stampin' Up!, the colours, the quality, the images, and this stamp set is no exception

Sprinkles of Life is a fabulous set and £2.00 from every purchase is donated by Stampin' Up! to our local Ronald Macdonald House Charities.

It's also great that we have a matching punch called the "Tree Builder" to make things easier for us.

I've created a Cupcake and you can see that the "frosting" image doubles up as a cloud, making it really versatile.

The "Happy Birthday" greeting stamp is from the same set, there are several other greetings too.

I used the "Gorgeous Grunge" stamps to add some interest to the background and die cut a frame using the Deco Labels framelits dies.

The flowers were punched using the Petite Petals punch centred with an adhesive Pearl embellishment

Hope to see you back very soon!

Cupcakes all round!!

Another swap that I designed, this time I used the exact same sketch as previously and just changed the stamped images and colours.

All new In Colours again, I have to say I am really loving them!

So this cute little Cupcake is from the same stamp set as the tree, "Sprinkles of Life" and I can't wait to hold a class with it, I hope you will be able to attend!

Again the Tree Builder Punch works with the frosting on top of the cupcake, love this!

The "Thanks a Bunch" greeting is also from the "Sprinkles of Life" stamp set.  I punched out the word using my Word Window Punch then gave it flag ends with the Banner Punch and cut a cocktail stick in half to create a Cake Pick!

I have found this Envelope Paper so useful, I had to order more!!  I know you are just going to love these new In Colours and can't wait to share them with you very soon!

Sprinkles of Life Swaps for Telford

I'm back as promised to share one of my swaps I created for the Telford Regional Event.

I used lots of new products for my swap and as my pre-order had only arrived two days before the event, I had to get to work quickly!

I had already drawn a sketch of how I was going to lay out my card, just needed to add stamps and ink with some layers!

So I used the new "Sprinkles of Life" stamps, I absolutely adore this set and the matching tree punch.

I've used some new In Colours

Mint Macaron
Tip Top Taupe
Watermelon Wonder

I love how this stamp set has so many different stamps that are just so versatile and of course, very, very cute!

Those tiny little flowers can be punched out with the new "Tree Builder" Punch.

The stripy paper is from the pack of "Envelope Paper", double sided sheets which are quite light in weight, suitable for making your own envelopes but perfect for any of your craft projects.

My Thank You greeting is from the set called "Another Thankyou".

Hope you like my card, if you are planning on attending my Catalogue Launch on 1st June then you could be making this card but there will be several designs for you to choose from.

Regional Training in Telford - My Name Badge

I have been away on holiday to St. Lucia for a family wedding, once the evening function has taken place I will share some pictures with you.

As I was away I was pretty late placing my pre-order.

As a Demonstrator I get to sneak peak and order a selection of new products a whole month before they go live to everyone, it really is an exciting time!

My pre-order arrived two days before our Regional Training Event in Telford so I had to get to work quick, fighting the jet lag to get my swaps, team gifts and name badges created.

I kept my badge really sweet and simple and used my favourite pre-order stamp set called

"Sprinkles of Life"

This is a stamp set that supports the UK Ronald Macdonald House Charities and it's nice to know that for every set sold a donation is made from Stampin' Up!.

For my badge I cut a rectangle of Kraft Cardstock as it is a good sturdy weight, then added a stamped whisper white layer of the tree trunk and flowers, followed by my name stamped from the "Back to Basics" Alphabet set.  I am pleased to say this is making it's way into the new Catalogue.

The leaves for the tree are a separate stamp and what's even better is that we have a co-ordinating punch to cut it out!

I know this stamp set and punch are going to be a huge hit with you all and I have a class planned for you so keep a look out for the info landing in your mailboxes soon!

The clouds are punched using the "Build a Cupcake" punch, great that it has another use and not just for cupcake frosting!

I have used 3 of the new In Colour inks here, Mint Macaron for the leaves and grass, Tip Top Taupe for the Tree Trunk and my name, then lastly Delightful Dijon for the flowers.

The lacy ribbon is a new In Colour range, so pretty and delicate.

So back to that wonderful day in Telford, I made a little gift for each of my team members attending, a cute little treat pouch containing chocolate!

I've used two of the new 2015-17 In Colours

Mint Macaron

Tip Top Taupe

These are two my favourites from the new selection of In Colours!

The lace trim is also new, comes in each of the new In Colours, love it!!

The greeting is from a fabulous new set called "Sprinkles of Life" and I really like this greeting.  The set has a variety of greetings that work really well with the images contained in it.  The little flower is also part of this set and there's an AMAZING punch that co-ordinates, you'll have to wait to see that one!

Well I have to go and take Alfie out for his walk now as I can actually see Blue Sky and it's been raining on and off most of the day.

I will be back to share with you the beautiful Make and Take card we created at Telford.
